PA Systems (Dry Hire)
Igoe PA began as an audio hire business and has grown into a complete event production company.
We continue to offer a comprehensive audio hire service to Bristol and the south west of the UK. Our speaker hire packages range from small vocal PAs to 40kW concert systems.
If you require speaker hire for an upcoming event, we have a pa system to suit your needs. Igoe PA provides an audio hire service to private clients, local venues, event companies and other organisations. As well as speaker hire we can supply facilities to dock an iPod / laptop; live sound & dj equipment hire; lighting, rigging and staging.

DJ sound systemsAll our speaker hire packages can be used as dj sound systems. We supply dj equipment hire; dj mixers, Technics decks and Pioneer CDJs. For a small venue with no in-house sound equipment, pa system 5 is ideal. It has separate bass bins which are essential for dance music. When choosing a dj sound system for bigger events you need to consider a number of factors: audience numbers; size and shape of venue and other acoustical factors that will affect the size and specification of the pa. For example: if the venue is long and narrow then it may be necessary to install delay stacks half way down the space; if it has a very high roof you could look at a line array system to make the most of this. DJ sound systems need to be ‘bomb proof' because dj's are notorious for clipping mixers and damaging speakers. It's essential that we set up ‘brick wall' limiters and ensure plenty of headroom in the amps. DJ sound systems need to cater for more low frequencies than live sound systems - so you will need extra bass bins.
