Igoe PA Hire is a Bristol based sound and lighting company specialising in live music. Company owner Ben Igoe has been involved in the Bristol music scene for the past 15 years as a performer himself and as a manager and sound engineer for many local bands.
With an eclectic taste Ben is no stranger to any kind of music. From classical to folk; jazz, blues and rock n’ roll to metal; Ben also has an appreciation for all modern dance music ranging from house and techno to drum and bass, breaks and dub step.
Over the years Ben has attained a wealth of experience and gained a true understanding of the needs and concerns of the live artist / DJ.
Igoe PA crew are experienced and dedicated professionals who understand the importance of communication and approachability. “We listen carefully to what’s needed and make sure we deliver so that artists are comfortable and confident on stage”.
Bristol is a breeding ground for live music but new artists struggle with poor quality in house PA’s and often, clueless, un-friendly sound guys working the mixing desk.
There are a handful of exceptional sound reinforcement companies covering the Bristol area but they are expensive and tend to only cater for very large events.
